‘Englishman Henry Monsell grew up with Jagermeister on tap, so when Maggie Cunningham sent him a shot from across a New York City pub, he know it was fate. For her part “it was the accent that got me,” she said.
Nearly 300 guests from around the globe gathered in Maggie’s hometown for their ceremony at Saint James Chapel. “It was less about the physical space that made it special, and more about the people and the miles they traveled to get there”.
The Palmer House set the stage for an old-Hollywood-style bash–gold line tablecloths, leafy palms, strong cocktails and Frank Sinatra, courtesy of tribute artist Dave Halston. He might have stolen the show if not for the groom’s makeshift band, which performed an original country number titled “My First Rodeo” for the bride.’ – Modern Luxury Weddings
